Edgewater, a Johnson Development community, is the Bay Area's newest mixed-use, master-planned community on 538 acres in the heart of Webster near Clear Lake and Galveston in Texas. It is a master-planned community featuring custom homes and town homes. The 538-acre site for Edgewater, Webster's first mixed-use, master-planned community, has seen great changes since the project began in January 2006.
