Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) inviting the joint CSIR-UGC test for Junior Research Fellowships (JRF)NET (National Eligibility Test) and Lecturer Ship(NET) on 22nd Dec , 2013 . CSIR latest notification 2013 says that candidate may apply either for JRF or for Lecturer ship only.
