India’s initial Marine National Park was formed here in the Gulf of Kutch in 1980 and 1982, correspondingly. Jamnagar marine national park covers 458 sq km, of which the park covers 163 sq km. The Jamnagar marine national park is an archipelago of 42 steamy islands beside the northern coast of Jamnagar and the southern coast of Kutch.
