OMICS Publishing Group started with a single Open Access journal in 2007, with an aim to contribute to the welfare and growth of scientific studies. It also increases the pace of social and economic development, which goes hand-in-hand with scientific progress. Not only journals are produced under Open Access norms, but theses and individual book chapters are also replicated. Scientific editors are allocated credits based on their annual work.
