Adult Illiteracy: Facts and Myths

Adult Literacy is an issue in our country that has reached epidemic proportions. Those that need assistance with adult literacy often can get through life without letting others know that they need help. They struggle every day with simple tasks and sadly are often embarrassed to ask for assistance. With this comes a need for a greater understanding among our culture to encourage those that do need an adult literacy tutor to seek one out.
