Frontype

Frontype is a virtual onscreen keyboard for fast typing. It also can be used for emulation of any national keyboard layout because it reflects all your operations with physical keyboard and all the keys shown in their proper places in chosen language. Frontype looks like a grey transparent film over the screen. It's easy to adjust and customize: size, transparency, color, key sets etc.
