Actress Nadia Bjorlin has been busy this summer with numerous projects. For starters, she can still be seen on the daytime drama, NBC's "Days of our Lives" until September 28. The actress left the show in July. She leaves the role of Chloe Lane, in which she helped originate in 1999. She has been playing the role of on and off since that time. On the heels of leaving the soap, Bjorlin received a green light on the new sultry E! reality show, "Dirty Soap", about the unscripted real-life drama behind the scripted drama of several actors from the daytime genre, some of whom have left their respective soaps to try a stake at primetime and the big screen. Besides featuring Bjorlin, the show features her real-life boyfriend Brandon Beemer (The Bold & The Beautiful), Galen Gering (Days of our Lives) and his wife Jenna, Kelly Monaco (General Hospital), Kirsten Storms (General Hospital), Farah Fath (One Life To Live) and her real-life boyfriend, JP Lavoisier (One Life To Live.) Bjorlin has also been seen all over Southern California shooting the independent film, Divorce Invitation, starring Jonathan Bennett and Jamie Lyn Sigler. If that's not enough to keep her busy, she began shooting this week, the 3rd season of the Emmy-winning web show, "Venice: The Series" produced by her former cast-mate of "Days of our Lives" Crystal Chappell. In the midst of all the hard work, she actively participates in numerous charity events across the country, including one that is close to her heart, the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society. The actress lost her father to the disease when she was 13. "I've been involved with this organization for several years now. I even played a character who was stricken with leukemia and she survived. I'm very thankful to be working at this time since there are so many people unemployed. But I am blessed to use my 'celebrity status' for good, to raise funds and awareness for the LLS, and any other worthy cause, I guess you could say I'm paying it forward." explains Bjorlin. On October 1, she along with Michael C. Hall (Dexter) will be one of many celebrities participating in the annual Light The Night Walks across the country. This one will begin at the Sunset-Gower Studios in Hollywood and end on the intersection of Hollywood and Highland. Bjorlin will also host an after-walk celebration at the New Orleans themed Five-O-Four restaurant and bar on Hollywood Blvd. "Dirty Soap" premieres on E! Sunday, September 25 at 10pm. Divorce Invitation is set for a 2012 release. Follow Nadia Bjorlin on Twitter @RealNadiaB Follow Legacy Media Relations on Twitter @LegacyMedia2012
